RE•LIFT MD
A national, surgeon-built, minimally invasive facelift program

Owned by the
surgeons in it.

A 45-minute partnership briefing for board-certified plastic surgeons. What RE•LIFT is, what it pays, what it asks of you — and what happens if you decide to walk away.

  • Board-certified plastic surgeons (ABPS / ASPS)
  • Onsite ASC or surgical suite
  • Four or more open surgical slots a month

This is a professional partnership briefing — not a sales webinar. Dr. Adam Summers presents, then answers questions live.

“
Private Equity… they’re ruthless. You become their employees.
Robert Tornambe, M.D. Plastic surgeon, New York — on the private equity offer he turned down
Before anyone signed

Six objections the founding surgeons raised first.

Every one of these was put to Dr. Summers on camera, by a board-certified plastic surgeon with his own practice on the line. The answers below are the short version. The briefing is where they get answered properly.

“Private Equity… they’re ruthless. You become their employees.”

Robert Tornambe, M.D.New York
This is the first question the briefing answers. Dr. Summers walks through exactly how the partnership is structured and what it asks of your practice. Two of the founding surgeons took the private equity meeting before this existed. Neither signed.

“What if I want to walk away? What’s the risk?”

Humberto Palladino, M.D.Mayo-trained · four ORs · Fort Lauderdale
Dr. Summers answered it on the spot: “You could terminate the agreement, and there’d be zero harm to you or your practice. You walk away, we shake hands, it’s not a problem — other than you’re no longer having our MSO manage the model, pay for your nurse, and bring you those RE•LIFT patients. You flip the switch, you turn that off.” The full terms are reviewed in the briefing and provided in writing to qualified candidates, for your own counsel to read.

“We need to take back control and what it means to be an expert after all the dilution, the medspas, and the nonsense.”

Steven Carp, M.D.100% aesthetic · own Class C surgical suite · Ohio
Certification is restricted to board-certified plastic surgeons. Not cosmetic-trained physicians, not nurse injectors, not med spas under a medical director. That restriction is the product. A national brand only protects the word “expert” if the people inside it are the ones who earned it.

“If you’re not using your OR 24/7…”

Robert Tornambe, M.D.On the arithmetic of idle capacity
RE•LIFT runs in the room you already pay for. Under 60 minutes per treatment zone, local anesthesia with oral sedation, Class II — no full OR required, and the laser comes with the program rather than as a separate equipment purchase. It fits a 60–90 minute block in an existing ASC or surgical suite, which is why the eligibility bar includes one.

“I kept saying no to all of it. But this one I couldn’t shake, and I had to do a deep dive.”

Lee Thornton, M.D.Tulane · Emory · fellowship at Paces
So did we. Thread lifts, string lifts, device-driven workarounds, whatever the last one was called — the founding surgeons turned down every version of this that crossed their desks. RE•LIFT is a standardized surgical technique proven over 2,200+ cases, not a branded gadget. If it reads like the others to you in the briefing, say so.

“Less invasive. Less downtime. Local anesthesia.”

Richard Rosenblum, M.D.On the consult his schedule couldn’t answer
The patient who wants more than filler and less than a facelift is already in your chair. She is booking somewhere else because the gap between injectables and a full lift has nothing in it. RE•LIFT is built for that gap — multiplanar, hidden entry points, results studied past ten years.
45 minutes on Zoom, plus questions

What the briefing actually covers.

Dr. Adam Summers presents the clinical half; Curt Clinkinbeard and Sean Hopkins cover operations and patient acquisition. All three take questions live, cameras optional. The agenda runs forty-five minutes and the hour is held so the questions at the end are not rushed. There is no deck of stock photography and no countdown timer.

  1. 0–15

The clinical philosophy and the procedure itself

How the multiplanar lift is performed through hidden entry points, the TOP sedation protocol that replaces general anesthesia, why it completes inside an hour, and what the ten-year durability data actually shows.

  2. 15–30

    Program structure, territory and economics

How partnership works, how preferred territories are drawn, what the surgeon fee per patient looks like, and where patient acquisition, scheduling and financing sit.

  3. 30–45

    Qualification, training and terms

The certification pathway at the flagship center, what your practice has to have in place, and the timeline. The exit and risk-reduction terms get covered here.

  4. 45–60

    Open Q&A

The seat is booked for the full hour so the last question gets the same answer as the first. Surgeons who need to leave at forty-five have the whole agenda by then.

The arithmetic

Four cases a month, in a room you already own.

The four-slot minimum is not an ambition — it is the floor for a territory to make sense for you and for us.

$7,500+
Approximate surgeon fee per patient
<60 min
Per treatment zone, local anesthesia with oral sedation
2,200+
RE•LIFT® procedures performed
10 yrs
Years of follow-up data
A laser device, included. Each partner receives a ReLiftMD™ Lux Glow or a ReLiftMD™ Lumigen, covered by your program fee — not bought separately and not leased from a device vendor.
A nurse, paid for. ReLiftMD™ funds a ReLift® Procedure Manager — an RPM, the nurse who runs the whole operation inside your practice.
Instruments and protocols. Proprietary instrumentation and step-by-step protocols are provided as part of certification.

The briefing runs the numbers on how four cases a month can add $250,000+ to your practice revenue.

Selective by design

Territories are limited.
Requirements are not negotiable.

We would rather tell you in 45 minutes that it is not a fit than take a deposit and find out in month four.

This is for you if

  • You are a board-certified plastic surgeon (ABPS and / or ASPS member)
  • You have an onsite, state-registered ASC or surgical suite in your practice
  • You can open at least four surgical slots a month
  • You are losing consults to the gap between injectables and a full facelift
  • You want a national brand without an owner above you

This is not for you if

  • You operate exclusively at a hospital or unaffiliated surgery center
  • You are a cosmetic physician, injector or med spa without ABPS certification
  • You are looking to sell your practice rather than add to it
  • You want a licensing fee arrangement with no clinical certification

If that first list reads like your own practice, the next step is 45 minutes.

The surgeon behind RE•LIFT

2,200+ RE•LIFT® procedures performed — developed in practice, not in a boardroom.

Dr. Adam Summers did not set out to create a program. He set out to solve the same clinical and operational frustrations most plastic surgeons face, then built the procedure and the support system he would have wanted himself.

  • Ranked “Top 100 Plastic Surgeon in the US” — Newsweek
  • Founder, MediGroup® — largest specialty group of its kind
  • Founder, Patient Approved® — a Top Patient Experience Platform
  • Developed the first minimally invasive one-hour facelift
  • Created the TOP sedation protocol replacing general anesthesia
The Founder’s Circle

The surgeons who vetted it before you did.

After the briefing

Qualified surgeons get the portal, not a follow-up call.

Everything you would need to give your attorney and your CPA, in writing, before any commitment is asked of you.

  • Written partnership proposal
The actual terms, including exit and risk-reduction provisions.
  • Financial model spreadsheet
Run your own case volumes and your own overhead against it.
  • Clinical resources
Technique deep-dives, protocols and case documentation.
  • Practice value impact
What adding the procedure does to practice valuation.

Three questions decide whether it’s a fit.

We ask them because territories are limited and we would rather be straight with you early. If you do not meet the requirements, we will tell you before the call rather than after it.

FAQs

Is this a sales pitch with a price at the end?
No. It is a 45-minute briefing with a published agenda, and the hour is held so the Q&A that follows is not cut short. Nothing is sold on the call. Qualified surgeons receive written terms afterwards and take them to their own counsel.
How much clinical control do I keep?
You keep full clinical autonomy. The treating surgeon decides candidacy and treatment. Dr. Summers walks through exactly how the partnership is structured in the briefing.
What if I go through certification and decide it isn’t for me?
Dr. Summers answered this on camera, to a surgeon who asked it before he joined: “You could terminate the agreement, and there’d be zero harm to you or your practice. You walk away, we shake hands, it’s not a problem.” What stops is the support — the MSO managing the model, the nurse we pay for, the RE•LIFT patients we bring you. The full exit terms are reviewed in the briefing and provided in writing to qualified candidates, for your own counsel to read.
Do I need a full operating room?
Not a full OR — but you do need an onsite, state-registered ASC or surgical suite in your practice. That is one of the three requirements.
Is this a thread lift or a device procedure?
Neither. It is a standardized surgical technique proven over 2,200+ cases, performed through small, hidden entry points, with results lasting ten years or more in most people. The laser comes with the program rather than as a separate capital purchase.
How many surgeons are taken in each territory?
Preferred territories are limited. How yours would be drawn is covered in the second segment of the briefing. Each briefing is capped at 15 seats for the same reason the territories are — so the conversation stays a conversation.
I can’t make that Wednesday. Are there others?
The briefing runs every Wednesday at 8:00pm Eastern, so the next one is never more than a week away. Register for whichever Wednesday suits you. There is no recording and no replay — the briefing is live only, and the Q&A is the reason.
